質問内容

・自己紹介（英語で） ・学生時代に力を入れたことの深堀 ・志望動機 ・どのような部門、事業に関心を持っているか ・サステナブルな製品は価格が高くなってしまいがちだが、どのようにしたらお客様に納得してもらえると思うか。 ・逆質問など 現場社員の方もいらっしゃったため、一次面接よりも事業に関する質問が多かったように感じました。

ほとんど日本語での面接で、最初の自己紹介のみ英語で行いました。なぜダウのインターンシップを志望したのか、素材科学メーカーがサステナビリティにどのように貢献すべきか、挫折した経験、自己PRについて聞かれました。

なぜダウのインターンシップに応募したのか、自己PR（長所・短所）など、ESの内容に沿ったものが多かったです。思考力をみる問題（都内の車の保有率など）もいくつかありましたが、考えるプロセスを説明すれば間違っていても大丈夫だったように感じます。10分ぐらいは英語での面接でした。
